The new water- and dust-resistant DJI Matrice 4TD is specifically designed for the DJI Dock 3, offers extended flight times, and can also be paired with the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise for standalone use. Low noise and frost-resistant

Equipped with low-noise anti-ice propellers as standard, the Matrice 4D and 4TD can prevent engine power and efficiency loss due to icing, ensuring stable flight even in freezing rain. The propeller design aims to reduce noise during operation.

Wind Stability

The Matrice 4D and 4TD demonstrate remarkable flight performance. They can take off and land stably in winds up to 12 m/s and remain airborne for up to 32 minutes.

DJI Dock 3 is IP56 dust and water resistant, and both the Matrice 4D and 4TD are IP55 certified. The Dock 3's design protects its internal systems from external influences by encapsulating electronic components, ensuring exceptional water and dust resistance and enabling smooth operation in harsh conditions.

On a full battery charge, the Matrice 4D/4TD delivers an impressive flight time of 47 minutes at a speed of 15 m/s, offering a remarkable 37% increase in operating time. Within a 10 km radius, these drones allow an operating time of 18 minutes. Both models are designed for use in harsh conditions and boast an impressive IP55 rating.

Obstacle detection for safe operation

The obstacle detection module in the Matrice 4D/4TD combines LiDAR and millimeter-wave radar technology for precise obstacle avoidance with an accuracy of 12 mm at speeds of up to 15 m/s. It allows for safe crossing of complex power lines and improves positioning in low-light conditions. This ensures operational safety in the diverse environments of power grids and complex substation layouts. If the drone or the obstacle detection module is damaged due to a fault in the obstacle avoidance after the module is installed, you will receive official, free compensation.

Excellent in low-light conditions

Matrice 4D series drones feature four high-resolution fisheye lenses for low-light conditions, significantly improving visual positioning and obstacle detection even in suboptimal conditions. The new Night Mode enables full-color night vision. The Matrice 4TD also offers black-and-white night vision with the IR-cut filter function for 24/7 operation, as well as a new NIR auxiliary illumination that can cover distances of up to 100 m. The Matrice 4TD's infrared thermal imaging camera supports a high-resolution mode with a resolution of up to 1280 × 1024 and a UHR infrared imaging mode for detailed temperature measurements.
