Inspection tasks take new heights!
Inspection tasks, such as the inspection of rooves, bridges, wind turbines, power line towers, and all sorts of other industrial assets can be traditionally slow, expensive and even dangerous.
Drones allow you to observe the asset of inspection from almost any desired perspective, all whilst workers can stay on the ground. Surveys, whether it be by manually taking photos, or performing automated flight plans, can be undertaken in just minutes.
High resolution sensors now available allow for extremely high detail capture, and flying at further distances away, which is another advantage concerning safety.
Solutions
The solutions come in a variety of forms. RGB sensors offer the best solution as they capture the most important information for inspection, similar to the human eye.
Maximum performance and integration in thermal data collection
The DJI Zenmuse H20T is perfect for drone-based thermal data collection. Thanks to the coupled thermal and RGB sensors with zoom function, synchronised data collection is possible. This means that thermal bridges, damaged and overheated components and other thermal processes can not only be recognised but also visually located directly. As the M350 has a modular design, it can use any of these sensors, just like the DJI Zenmuse L1 or third-party payloads.
