Leasing Terms & Conditions:

A leasing contract can only be concluded with commercial customers (B2B). Leasing enquiries can be made for items with a value between €500 and €20,000.

The leasing rates are calculated individually only after your enquiry has been reviewed, as the desired leasing period depends on the value of the leased item and must first be confirmed.

In the further application process, your consent to data sharing with our leasing partner is also required. Please feel free to use the automated leasing form on this page to contact us for an individual offer.

As part of the leasing financing, it is also mandatory to take out insurance against damage and loss of the leased item in order to secure the leased item throughout the entire contract term.

Leasing Process:

1. Add items to the shopping cart in our online shop
2. Click on "Load items from shopping cart"
3. Select a desired term* from the dropdown menu
4. Then click on "Fill out form"
5. Complete the pre-filled enquiry form
6. You will receive a consent declaration from us for data sharing with our leasing partner(s)
7. Our leasing partners review the desired leasing period and calculate the leasing rate
8. You will receive a leasing contract for review and (possibly digital) signature
9. Following approval by the leasing partner, we dispatch the goods or you collect them

*Note: The desired term is a non-binding preference that must first be reviewed. The available terms and resulting monthly leasing rates depend on various factors such as the item value.

Rental Terms & Conditions:

The minimum rental period is 3 days. Please feel free to use the automated rental form on this page to contact us for an individual offer. You pay 1% of the shopping cart value per day plus €100.00 handling fee (excl. VAT) and, if applicable, shipping costs (self collection is free of charge).

From 10 days rental period onwards, there is a 10% discount. Further below you will already find the prices for some of our standard products. The full scope of delivery as shown in our shop for the respective product applies. Software or insurance such as DJI Care cannot be transferred to you.

Rental Process:

1. Add items to the shopping cart in our online shop
2. Click on "Load items from shopping cart"
3. Select a rental period in the calendar
4. Then click on "Calculate rental rate"
5. Complete the pre-filled enquiry form
6. You will receive a rental agreement from us to sign
7. You pay in advance (goods will be reserved for a maximum of 5 days until payment is received)
8. We dispatch the goods or you collect them
9. You return / bring back the goods after expiry

Important: When selecting the rental start date, please allow some lead time for contract signing and processing.

FAQ - Important Information About the Leasing Process:

Which products can I lease?

All material products with a value between €500 and €20,000 can be leased. Excluded are digital goods such as software or other intangible items like training or insurance.

Can leasing rates be claimed for tax purposes?

Leasing rates are tax-deductible as business expenses, providing tax benefits for companies.

What is shipped?

The full scope of delivery as indicated in our shop for the respective product applies.

How does the overall leasing process work?

1. Load the desired items from the shopping cart and choose a preferred leasing period. (The desired period is a non-binding request that must first be reviewed. Possible terms and resulting monthly leasing rates depend on various factors such as the product value.) Then click on "Fill out form".

2. Then complete the automatically pre-filled enquiry form and submit it. We will check the enquiry and item availability. You will subsequently receive a consent form for data sharing with our leasing partner(s). Commercial customers undergo a credit check after application.

3. Our leasing partners review the requested leasing period and calculate the leasing rate. Then you will receive a leasing contract for review and (possibly digital) signature.

4. After approval by the leasing partner, free self-collection on site in Düsseldorf or paid shipping by us can be carried out.

Important: As part of the leasing financing, acquiring insurance against damage and loss of the leased item is mandatory to secure the leased item throughout the contract term.

Which payment methods are available?

Monthly leasing rates are conveniently and securely collected by our leasing partner via SEPA direct debit from your account.

What happens at the end of the leasing contract?

At contract end, the item can be returned, a new contract can be signed, or in many cases, the leased item can be purchased.

Who can lease?

Only commercial customers (B2B) with a residence or registered office in Germany can lease a product. Commercial customers undergo a credit check after application.

Who is leasing suitable for and what are its advantages?

Leasing is especially suitable for business customers wishing to invest in equipment or technology without high upfront costs. Advantages include liquidity preservation, tax benefits, and planning security through fixed rates and flexibility in usage.

What leasing terms and rates are possible?

Terms typically vary between 24 and 60 months. Rates are individually calculated at application based on item value, term, and chosen model. (The desired period is a non-binding request that must first be reviewed. Possible terms and resulting monthly leasing rates depend on various factors such as the product value.)

What insurance is required for the leased item?

Insurance against damage and loss/theft of the leased item is mandatory and must be obtained because the item remains the property of the lessor. Lessees can provide their own insurance proof or arrange appropriate insurance through our leasing partners.

Where can leased products be shipped to?

Leasing contracts can only be concluded with B2B customers located in Germany. Shipping leased items abroad or to other EU countries is not possible.
