Limited camera compatibility:
Works with Matterport for MobileCapture Services, broadcast digital twins Pro2 and Pro3, and supports 360 cameras. Footage uploaded from Pro2, Pro3 or Leica cameras cannot be processed.
Active spaces:
An Active Space is a fully immersive 3D digital twin, or model, of a physical space or property that you can view, edit, publish, and share. Each of our subscriptions includes a certain number of active spaces.
In the Starter plan you can choose 5, 10, 15 or 20 active spaces. Choose a plan that best suits your needs. You can add more Spaces to your plan at any time.

Take accurate measurements, label objects and rooms
Accurately measure rooms, windows, doors or furniture with a simple click or tap. Measurements can be taken in edit mode and shared with anyone.
Labels are short descriptions you can add to objects and rooms in your digital twin (3D model) to highlight key areas, show guests where amenities are located, and more.
Schematic floor plans and technical MatterPak files
Order 2D floor plans or a set of files for use with third-party software such as 3ds Max, ReCap, Revit or AutoCAD as add-ons.
A floor plan is a 2D black and white plan as a top view with individual room dimensions, images of the property features and the calculation of the total floor area. You will receive each individual floor plan as a PNG and SVG file and all floors summarized as a one-page PDF.
The Matterpak is a set of files that can be used with third-party software such as 3ds Max, ReCap, Revit or AutoCAD. Includes a colorized point cloud, a mirrored ceiling plan, a high-resolution floor plan and a 3D mesh file.
Create tags with images and attachments
Tags allow users to add contextually relevant information such as text descriptions, images, links to videos and other files at specific locations within a 3D virtual tour. Tags appear as small icons that users can click to access additional information for a more immersive and engaging experience.
Tags provide important context and make it easier for the viewer to see where the most important elements can be found. You can create tags with custom markers and let viewers roam freely, or set them in a curated order.
