To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Expiry of the revocation

You will receive your payments made to us, including the delivery costs, promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of the revocation received by us by post or electronically. Physical goods are excluded from this period. The 14-day refund period starts from the date on which the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent to a parcel service provider and have been adequately insured or from the date on which the goods have been received and checked by us, whichever is the earlier.

A collection or a Bprovision of shipping labels by us is excluded. You will not be charged any fees for the repayment.

If you do not return the revoked goods to us within 14 days, your revocation will expire. You shall bear the full costs of the return shipment and any associated risks for the goods, as well as for shipping goods.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the Bproperties, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually modified, adapted or manufactured goods, digitally activated insurance policies (e.g. B. DJI Care Refresh), or other activated software products.

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery or if the goods have been mixed with other goods after delivery due to their Bnature in such a way that they cannot be separated or their quality is reduced as a result.
